How do I exchange an item?
Please print, read and fill in our exchange/return form, then send it back to us with your order and we will take care of the rest.
Does the exchange and return service contains any additional cost?
Since we do not yet offer a free returns service, you will need to cover return postage costs.
However, if an exchange is requested by you, we will cover the cost of shipping you the exchange with our economy delivery option.
If you would like your order to be shipped with an express service, please contact us in order to calculate the additional costs.
If you are unable to print the returns form then you can always hand write a note for your package, please ensure the following information is included on your note for us:
- Your full Name
- Your full Address
- Your order number (starting '#')
- The item you are returning and if you would like a refund/exchange
- If you are exchanging, please let us know the item and size you would like sent to you.
