All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
One day after your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!
Deliveries within EU take 5-10 working days. International deliveries may take 15-30 working days. In some countries, customs are often responsible for delays. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number. Explanation: Additional costs or delays may occur in international deliveries.

Exchange and Return
We want our customers to have the best online shopping experience of all time! Our dedicated product team is always looking for the best items to ensure the best quality before shipment.
Please, check our size guides carefully before buying using the size chart to make sure you choose the right item. If you have any doubt, contact us directly by email or phone.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide you with an exchange or refund, depending on the reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with your order!
If you need to return an item, please check the procedure to make the process fast and comfortable.
Please print, read and fill in our exchange/return form, then send it back to us with your order and we will take care of the rest.
Since we do not yet offer a free returns service, you will need to cover the return postage costs.
However, if an exchange is requested by you, we will cover the cost of shipping.
If you would like your order to be shipped with an express service, please contact us in order to calculate the additional costs.
If you are unable to print the returns form then you can always hand write a note for your package, please ensure the following information is included on your note for us:

- Your full Address
- Your order number (starting '#')
- The item you are returning and if you would like a refund/exchange
- If you would like to exchange, please let us know the item and size you would like us to send you.
